How HelpUsAdopt.AI collects, uses, and protects information submitted through this website. Last updated: 22 October 2026.
Who we are
HelpUsAdopt.AI is operated by SecurelyIntegrated.AI, the artificial intelligence practice of Coast2Coast MSP, headquartered in Tampa Bay, Florida. In this notice, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Coast2Coast MSP and its SecurelyIntegrated.AI practice. Questions about this notice can go to hello@helpusadopt.ai or 813-582-5351.
What we collect
Scorecard answers. Your answers to the ten questions stay in your browser until you ask for a readout. They are not sent to us before that.
Readout requests. When you ask for a readout we collect your email address, your answers and score, and your name and company if you choose to give them. We use these to generate and send your readout and to follow up if you ask us to.
Technical information. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard request data such as IP address, country, browser type, and time of request, for security and reliability. We store the country and browser type alongside readout requests.
What we don’t collect
This site does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party marketing trackers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Please do not include confidential or personally sensitive information in the form.
How we use it
- To generate and email the readout you asked for
- To reply if you contact us, or to follow up once about the services the readout points to
- To understand, in aggregate, how companies score — never in a way that identifies you
- To keep the site secure, available, and functioning correctly
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Asking for a readout does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers acting on our behalf — website hosting (Cloudflare), email delivery (Resend), and our customer relationship management system — each bound to handle it only for the purpose we specify. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
How long we keep it
Readout requests that do not lead to a conversation are retained for up to 24 months, then deleted.
Your choices
You may ask us to provide a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@helpusadopt.ai and we will respond within 30 days. You can opt out of any follow-up by replying to any message from us and saying so.
AI and your information
We do not feed readout requests into public AI tools, and we do not permit vendors to use them to train their models. The scorecard itself is deterministic — your score is a simple sum of your answers, not an AI judgement.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top of the page.
